Multi · ¥300,000

Connect adjacent workflows without losing human control.

Multi is for two or three related workflows that share data or external services. It coordinates triggers, processing, exceptions, approvals, and records across the agreed scope.

Example architecture

Several workflows, one operating thread.

Inquiry workflow

Collect, classify, summarize, and create internal tasks from an incoming inquiry.

Quotation workflow

Gather missing inputs, prepare a draft, and route commercial checks for approval.

Record and follow-up

Update the agreed ledger or CRM and surface the next review date.

Exception handling

Stop and route uncertainty when data, permissions, or business rules are insufficient.

Integrations

Connect only services that can be operated reliably.

FAQ

Multi questions

Does Multi include every integration?

No. Integrations are explicitly named and scoped. API limitations, vendor plans, and security requirements may make some connections unavailable.

Is this a fully autonomous AI agent?

No. The workflow may coordinate several AI-assisted steps, but human checkpoints and exceptions are part of the design.

Can the price change?

¥300,000 is the listed standard plan. Requirements outside that scope are explained and quoted before contracting.

Which workflows should share the same data?

We will determine whether Multi is sufficient or whether the problem has become a Custom SaaS or Business Systems project.
