Implementation questions
Will the two workflows be production-ready?
The target level is agreed in advance. Some workflows can reach routine use; others may remain prototypes pending integration, security, or organizational approval.
Can we add integrations?
Simple integrations may fit the scope. Complex APIs, ERP connections, or custom applications require separate scoping.
Can we stop after the month?
Yes. We document what was built and recommend continuing only when the operational evidence supports it.
