RFQ Copilot demo
An inbound request for quotation, organized into a single screen. The point is to make what is being asked, what is missing, and who needs to confirm it visible before the quotation work begins. The workspace below runs on sample data and is fully interactive: change a quantity or a unit price and the totals, margin, risks, and quote readiness are recalculated on the spot.
This demo shows the shape of the output. It is not a claim about extraction accuracy. Every company name, item, and price shown here is fictional, and no real customer data is used.
What this demo is testing
- Price is not decided by AI. Unit prices come from the product master or from the person handling the request. Margin is calculated with an ordinary formula.
- Nothing is sent automatically. The customer email and the quotation are drafts. A person decides whether either one goes out.
- Every value carries its source. Each extracted figure links back to the file, sheet, cell, or page it came from.
- Unreadable input stays unreadable. An attachment that could not be parsed is kept as work for a person, not filled in by guesswork.
AI output is reference information. The final decision stays with your team.
